’Twas the night before Homecoming, and all through the school,
Student Council was stirring, with so much to do.
The banners were hung at the corners with care,
In hope of encouraging school spirit everywhere.
Mater rolled in, ready to steer,
Towing the competition right out of here.
With characters like these, our story begins,
And the Tigers are ready to race toward a win.
A magical adventure awaits on the sea,
As pirates set sail toward a Tiger victory.
With sails raised high, they’re ready to compete,
And Battle Creek walks the plank toward defeat.
Every story needs a hero when darkness takes flight,
Next Tigers emerged underneath the moonlight.
Our heroes stand ready, prepared for the fight,
To make it for Battle Creek one very dark night.
Then back through the ages, where legends were made,
Tales throughout time prove some things never fade.
The Tiger Dynasty lives, its story still told,
A legacy of blue worth more than gold.
As our story unfolds, there’s one chapter to write,
A happily ever after dressed in blue and white.
With Tiger pride filling the halls once more,
We’re ready for all that Homecoming has in store.
So turn the last page as we rally together,
For stories may end, but Tiger pride lasts forever.
Another Homecoming becomes part of our story,
Another chapter filled with Tiger pride and glory.
