Our hearts are heavy today with the passing of Pat Moody. Pat was such an amazing supporter of Windham athletics. He will be deeply missed. Our condolences to Pat’s family and the Windham community. 💔

Here is a great demo of a simple stretch that does wonders! When I first started as a massage therapist, I was giving 16 massages a week and also working on a culinary organic herb farm where I was doing a lot of scissor work cutting basi, thyme and other herbs. I totally overdid it and suffered!!! I had to scale back my work load and tried numerous stretches to try to relieve my pain and discomfort. I finally came across this on and have been practicing it regularly for 17 years. If there is one stretch that has helped me the most to get going I’ve the years, it had been this one.
