Hello Maine Cycling Club! Reminder that starting tonight, all rides will be starting at 5:30PM through the end of the season.

The first MCC Destination Ride is approaching. Join us on Sunday 6/22/2025 at the corner of Holbrook and West Auburn Ave in Auburn for our annual Nezinscott Farm Ride. The ride organizers remind everyone to park on the street (DO NOT PARK IN THE NEARBY LOT). Departure time is 9:00 am.

It looks like the 2025 season has finally gotten underway (mother nature just isn't cooperating, is she). The biking season is winding down but wanted to post this update that all bikes (including e-bikes) are welcome to join our rides. Please remember that we require use of a helmet along with working brakes on your bike.

So after a bit of a technical hiatus, the Maine Cycling Club's domain has found a new landing ground, a new home, and a whole lot of new server watts (they are a lot like new bike watts, but these run in the cloud). Join us Sunday 7/28 for a fun, no-drop, social ride around Merrymeeting Bay!

2024 Merrymeeting Bay Destination Ride The ride starts and finishes at the parking lot at 86 Foreside Rd, Topsham Water and snack stop at Annabella's Bakery & Cafe in Richmond. Cancel announcement due to weather will be sent out on Google Groups and FB at 7:30 am on the 28th

Here is our current 2024 ride schedule:
1. Saturdays at 8am, leaving from Rainbow Bicycle. B ride approx. 23 miles. (C ride to be posted to MCC group chat as available).
2. Mondays at 6pm, leaving from Harriman in Auburn, 13 miles
3. Wednesdays at 6pm, also leaving from Harriman, in Auburn, C/D ride, pace and distance dependent on attendees.

All rides are weather permitting. See you on the road!
