A 5th Degree Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt, Judo Black Belt, IBJJF World-Level Referee, and one of the most experienced instructors in the Carlson Gracie lineage, Professor Henrique brings over 25 years of knowledge, leadership, and world-class coaching to our team.

Yesterday was a special day for our team. We brought home the Elite 8 Finals Trophy at JJWL, and this achievement means more than just a win — it represents the heart, dedication, and discipline of our entire school.

This trophy is a symbol of what we’re building together at Carlson Gracie DFW: a family that trains hard, supports each other, and steps on the mat with courage and pride. Every sweat, every drill, every moment of belief… it all showed yesterday.

Congratulations to everyone who competed in the 2025 season.
You guys gave your best, pushed your limits, and represented our school with honor. I’m proud of each one of you — from the first-time competitors to the experienced warriors.
