No egos. Just work.
When the mission is making the athlete better, titles don’t matter… collaboration does. I always want the best I can offer for any and all athletes. Bob King has Super Bowl rings. More than one. The last time the Cowboys did anything, he was the Strength and Conditioning Coach. So why would I not lean on him for knowledge 🤷🏿♂️.
Knowing that you don’t know everything is the only way to learn anything.
I’m just a fly on the wall soaking it all in and always being grateful for my journey.
Coming from the track world, moments like this are a blessing. Different lanes, same pursuit of greatness.
