Got in a good squat session today. Every week I’m noticing some major strength gains. The reps are becoming easier, so it’s tempting to go up more than I should. Either way, staying on pace and will continue to improve. Just need to be smart about it.

Probably one of the best books I’ve ever heard/read. There are too many good points to take away from this way of thinking. The victim mentality is something that’s growing all around us. It seems that when I scroll my FB, I see “this” or “that” happened to me; or “I’ll show them” type of posts. What does that even mean? If we can step back, evaluate a situation and figure where we went wrong the mindset could be a lot different. What potential are you missing out on? Life is not a destination. You’re never done. There is and will always be more to accomplish.

They say that your heroes always let you down when you meet them. Lately I’ve decided to think about that. What does it mean to live to your FULL potential?

If you never progressed, never evolved, where would you end up? We just don’t drink milk for the rest of our lives. We are supposed to make more of ourselves.

2 weeks into this program. Feeling good but definitely not enough to eat today. On the plus side... water intake is up. I’m getting about 70-80oz I’m not counting other water sources (fruits, veggies, etc)

@ 5:30am. Every day I have “non-negotiables” (thanks for the tip) and have developed a pretty solid routine for it
:
- wake up
- water
- read for one hour
- 7 minute workout
