Alright so Today is going to feature a Full Body Split!
For chest I hit : Decline Bench and Decline Flys
For Back i hit: Pull ups and Mid Grip Lat Pulldowns
For Legs I Hit: 130 LB Dummbell Sumo Squats
For Shoulders I Hit EZ Bar Curl 110 LB Shoulder Press/ Superset with Shoulder Flys.
For Arms I Hit: Machine Curls Superset With Machine Tricep Pushdowns🔥🔥🔥
I’ve recently discovered that Full Body training has been very effective in my overall Strength development!
