Jessie Clark Middle School Track and XC

Track Tryouts are this week. Make sure we have an updated copy of your KHSAA physical. They are good for 13 months from the date of the exam.

Tryouts are after school until 6pm…all athletes will tryout in the 400 dash, Long Jump, Shot put, and the 1 mile run.

Monday: 8th grade
Tuesday: 7th grade
Wednesday: 6th grade

Beautiful day for a 3.5 mile run!

We then traveled across town to run our other kiddos in Woodford County. Most of our kids ran their best times of the season. Our boys finished 2nd and our girls finished third. These 8th graders have been great leaders and will be missed. Now only 5 more months until track season.

Our 6th graders ran early this morning at State in Bourbon County. Both teams finished in the top 10 of the state. Very proud of these kiddos. They did a great job this year and will be great runners and young men and women over the next 2.5 years of their middle school career.

8th Grade Dinner

Jessie Clark Boys brought home some more hardware yesterday to add to their season total. Boys took 1st overall.

Girls finished second last night at The Lexington School. Way to go girls.
