TRAIN AND PLAY VOLLEYBALL IN COSTA RICA!

Organizer Mike Gardner is a good friend! Not only is he one of the most fit people I know, he's also one of the most humble! Here's a message from him:

We are hosting a volleyball focused wellness retreat August 10-16.
Skills and drills, tournaments, and pick up play throughout the week.

Workshops focused on how to maintenance and take the best care of our bodies before and after play so we can continue improving in & playing the sport we love at the best of our ability for the long run!

We’ll enjoy daily chef cooked meals, & adventures in beautiful Costa Rica. Waterfall hikes, surfing, a sunset catamaran cruise, and many more optional excursions.

We’ll also have a few community service opportunities so we can give back to the community and leave Costa Rica even more beautiful than we found it!

Please support the Unicorn Athletics fundraiser! Please order merchandise through Josh Fisher or Shane Green! Orders should be ready by the Unicorn Classic on August 9th and 10th in Northern Kentucky.

If you cannot attend nor do you live in the Lexington, Louisville, or Cincinnati areas there will be an additional $5 charge for shipping and we will need your address!

Looking for low A or above players to go to Gambia, Africa this Thanksgiving to play volleyball, bring supplies over, and maybe do a kids clinic! I'm working with the Gambia Volleyball Federation and PA Barrow Barbour who is a great organizer and coach in Gambia! If you are interested, reach out to me directly!
