To prepare for the Carnival this weekend, the 200, 300 and 400 block of W. Main Street will be closed beginning tomorrow. Main Street will reopen on Sunday.

Don’t fall victim to the KEY FOB WALK OF SHAME!

We understand cards expire, fraud happens, you close an account, or sometimes life happens and you get down on your luck.

We had a significant amount of accounts bounce back this month.

Please check and update your card information for the gym.

Remember, there is nothing worse than taking your preworkout and not being able to workout. 🏋️

If you need to cancel your account please let us know prior to the 25th of the month so you don’t get charged. If you cancel with a balance on your account, you will be responsible for making that payment prior to rejoining the gym.

Dear parents of children that use the gym unsupervised, (everyone else may disregard 😉)

We WANT teens to have a safe place to go to workout and focus on building healthy habits BUT we will not tolerate anyone, much less unsupervised pre-adults, treating the gym as their private play house.

The equipment is expensive and other members like to workout with out a bunch of chaos, but more importantly we care about the safety of your children.

PLEASE have a conversation with your children. We don’t want to ruin a good thing for those that don’t cause issues by putting age limits on memberships.

There should be no reason that other members are calling us on weekends to parent other peoples kids.

🚫 This Week’s Lesson: What NOT to Do at the Gym 🚫

We love our members and want everyone to have a safe, focused place to train. Help us keep it that way by following these simple rules:

1. Don’t let others tailgate you when you swipe your key tag. Every person needs to scan in — no exceptions.

2. Don’t bring your broskis or gal pals unless they’ve purchased a day pass or membership. We can’t make exceptions.

3. Don’t chat with strangers and get talked into letting them in. A friendly “members only” saves everyone hassle.

4. Skip the Tinder date flex. Bringing someone new to show off with way too much weight is a recipe for injury (and awkwardness).

It’s not about the money — it’s about safety and liability. We’re responsible for everyone who walks through those doors, and we want our paying members to have a secure, welcoming space to crush their workouts.

Please treat the equipment in the gym as if you owned it. Slamming, throwing and not taking care of them will make the gym dysfunctional for members. If we catch you doing it on purpose we will ban you from the gym.

Important Reminder: If you cancel your membership with an outstanding balance, you will need to settle it before reactivating your account.

As outlined in your contract, you are responsible for ensuring your membership is canceled if you no longer wish to use our services. To cancel, please notify us by the 25th of the month to allow processing time.

Like other businesses, we require customers to pay any outstanding bills.

We will take action against members who engage in dishonest practices, such as creating a new account to avoid payment, and may disable their key tags.
