‘Twas the night before Christmas and all through the barn, Not a creature was stirring, tucked cozy and warm. But ears were on standby and noses could tell, Something special was coming from Excel Equine, a story they know well! Buckets were filled with feeds mixed just right, Plus carrots and treats for a Christmas delight. She owns and rides 11-year-old Exces de Folie. Lyman and Folie finished with individual silver at this year’s Maryland International 2* Young Rider Championships. @sarah.ertl.eventing Sarah rides 7 year old warmblood, Redwood Quality. Sarah is a junior in business management. Sarah and Redwood just completed the 3* short at the Fork, Tryon. @rianp.eventing Rian is a junior studying Equine Science and Management. Rian rides her 10 year old thoroughbred, Reddy Freddy. Rian and Red compete at the Modified level.

I couldn’t be happier with all three horses after a great jump school today at Bruce’s Field. Each of them brought their A-game, and it’s so exciting to feel them all in such great form as we kick off the season! ✨ Hubert Des 3 Arbres “Frenchie” felt fantastic today! He’s gearing up for an exciting season ahead, and we’ve got some big plans in store for him. I couldn’t be happier with how consistent and confident he’s feeling right now. ✨ Dream Worker “Dreamer”– My newest addition, Dream Worker, was fantastic today! I’ve had him since November, and he’s such an exciting horse for the future. We’ll be heading into our first event together this weekend at Sporting Days! ✨ Ivanka Z “Ivanka”– This incredible mare continues to impress me with her boldness and scope. She wasn’t phased by anything at all and she’s ready for her first event of the year at Sporting Days. She is available for sale and she has all the quality! It’s such a privilege to work with these talented horses, and I’m grateful for days like today that remind me why I love what I do. Looking forward to what’s ahead for each of them!
