Starrs Align Yoga

From a background as a Dietitian, stay at home Mother and years of exercise training, Starr became a dedicated yoga instructor in 2015.

She completed her 200 hour teacher training at the OM Place and HOLY YOGA Global in the same year. In 2018, Starr completed her 300 hour teacher training at the Essence of Yoga and is now a E-RYT 200, E-RYT 500, C-HYI 200 with many more yoga certifications. Starr practices alignment based yoga.
