Pilates for 65+ 💪🏻

Our 65 & Older Pilates class has openings! ❤️❤️❤️

As we age, it’s common to lose muscle, strength, balance and core stability. Back issues can also make everyday movement more difficult and also limit “what we feel we can do.”

The good news? PILATES CAN MAKE A TREMENDOUS DIFFERENCE! I have seen every person who has joined this class improve in strength, balance, mobility, and confidence. It’s never too late to get stronger and feel better! If you are worried about your limitations in class, never fear. We do standing and sitting exercises. Props,towers and springs are used in each class.

We Currently have 3 class times and 4 openings.

The Pilates studio is growing, and I’m excited to add more class times!

Here’s the new and improved schedule starting in mid-August, just in time for back-to-school season:

✨ Mondays - 12:00 PM
✨ Every other Tuesday - 7:45 AM
✨ Wednesdays - 11:00 AM
✨ Thursdays - 7:45 AM
✨ Thursdays 65 and Over - 9 & 10 AM
✨ Fridays at 8:45 AM

Also, I am now offering a discount to those wanting to do 2 group classes a week. 🙌

Come join the Pilates team. Each class is designed to meet you at your own pace while still giving you the challenge you need to grow stronger.
