Hi! I’m at MUV fitness teaching cardio dance! I’ll start updating my schedule on my Dance With Allie group page!
I teach on Mondays and Fridays at 9:15 at the Forest Acres location, then I sub and rotate random days at other locations, as needed.

I’m so excited to announce that I’ll be going back to MUV to teach!! Starting on 3/21 I’ll teach dance on Thursdays at 9:15 at the Lexington location, and starting on 3/15 Fridays 9:15 at the Forest Acres location! I’ve missed my MUV friends so much! 🎉🎉🎉

Dance and work out with me live in classes, or virtually, at your own leisure!
This week’s live dance cardio classes are on Tuesday and Thursday at Steppinf Out at 9:15! November 9th and 11th! And then on Sunday the 14th at BODYSHOP Athletics, 9:15.
