Moving as an adult and finding community is hard — but finding OTF changed that for me. It’s truly so much more than a gym!
So many incredible people (with a few missing who couldn’t make it!) showed up under the orange lights just for me — some doing 2-a-days, others working out 12 hours later than usual. That kind of love and support? I’ll never take it for granted.
To the amazing coaches: thank you for creating an environment that feels like home. OUR studio is truly unmatched, and I’m forever grateful. 🧡

Plot twist: In 2023, I came to OTF just trying to survive a 12-minute mile… and now I’m out here breaking my own records 😅🏃🏽♀️. Two PRs in 6 days (yes, BOTH on the tread 🥵) and today I ran the fastest mile of my life! Sometimes you truly just can’t do it alone—community and coaches make all the difference 🧡 Moral of the story? Just show up—you might surprise yourself!
Unpopular opinion: You don’t need shortcuts, just patience and consistency 🫶🏾

Depression is hard, but it does NOT have to define you! Finding an outlet—a way to cope—is essential, and treatment looks different for everyone. For some, it might be medication or therapy, but for me, it’s going to Orangetheory. 🗣️ FIND WHAT WORKS FOR YOU! 🧡

IYKYK, I LOVE being under the orange lights! Tonight, my home team crushed their first OTF class (it’s only right that when I’m in KY, I try to make them believers too lol). Coach , thank you for dealing with ALL the crazy lol and the playlist was 🔥🔥🔥. They showed up but they kicked, screamed, and gave us both dirty looks the entire time 😂💪🏾🧡

I’ve never been a runner and have always had a bit of an irrational fear of it. On November 16, 2023, I couldn’t even run a mile in 12 minutes but still hit a PR since it was my first time. Today (November 12, 2024), I hit a personal record of 1.2 miles! It’s funny to think it took me so long to try OTF because I was that afraid of the treadmill, the pressure to run, and stepping outside my comfort zone. 😅

41% body fat (January 2024) to 34.3% body fat (September 2024) and 20lbs. down with no shortcuts (only diet changes and working out).
✨Discipline: Do it even if you don’t feel like it.
✨Consistency: This lifestyle is a marathon, not a sprint.
✨Believe: The only way to achieve is to trust yourself.
