Youth Sports has changed a lot, this got me thinking. And really analyzing what I do for a passion. That’s Coaching and training young athletes to become better men, players and learning to fight adversity and learn from failures.
Baseball is very unappreciative game that means it’s a long journey that may look like their is no success but those who stuck with it and trust the process and enjoy the game those are the young men who will become. Not good ball players bud great men.
Stop looking for wins on the field and create better off the field players.

11u Black Fought all the way back on Sunday after playing 2 games to play in the chip. 8am to 8pm at the Baseball Field, fight grit and a want to win.

Enjoy the Journey, don’t straw from being uncomfortable in life.
Instilling into our youth that being uncomfortable is how we learn, take risk take that step own that risk you take. Learn from every opportunity you take.
Stay positive stay optimistic and don’t anyone ever ever dim you light or journey because they are afraid to take that risk.
