Here are some questions to consider as you go through the process:
🚩Do they respect your time?
🚩Are you receiving timely feedback/ info on next steps?
🚩Is the interview panel diverse - if not racially, at least departmentally?
🚩 Is the interview structured and does it stick to the actual qualifications for the role?
🚩Do they provide you with an agenda/ schedule for your first day through first week so you know what to expect?
