We’ve put PattonFit on the back burner long enough! This is our passion with helping others take back control over their health and fitness, so we are now full steam ahead and ready to bring in new clients!!
With the help of Adrian and a good system and meal guide, I dropped 75LBS in 11 months and fell in love with life again!!

Down 8 lbs so far this year!💪🏼
2023 I put on 35 lbs! I was miserable at my job, put myself last, ate like crap, socially drank, and didn’t lift a single weight! I was at my goal in April and completely undone it! But, it happens! All we can do then is decide to change our circumstances, say enough is enough, and hustle towards the life and health we want!
