Laina recently shared an inspiring experience from the annual 5K fundraiser for New Life Day Center — an event she attends annually.

But this year was different.

After just two weeks at StrongerLife, Laina gained the confidence to move from being a spectator and supporter to being a participant. Instead of cheering from the sidelines, she decided to run the race herself — and even placed third in her age category!

Improvement Of Skeletal Muscle & Bone Mass!

Karen recently shared an update that perfectly highlights the power of consistency—and why strength training matters at every age.

After regularly attending three classes each week, Karen began noticing measurable changes in her health and fitness. As she shared:
“…I've been consistently coming to three classes a week...and my body analysis showed that my muscle mass, skeletal muscle and bone mass have all increased!! Have my yearly check up in June and will be excited to see what my doctor has to say! Thank you to all the Members and Coaches at Stronger Life... couldn't have done it without you!!”

Cold morning. Great cause. Even better people. 💪

This morning, the StrongerLife Striders participated in the Lunch Lady Hustle 5K supporting scholarships for local students. We’re proud to have been a small part of such a great cause!

And our members showed UP!:
🥈Coach Amy, Jeff, Randy, and Barbara all placed 2nd in their age groups
🥉 Coach Dianne placed 3rd in her age group

And a HUGE accomplishment worth celebrating — today was Barbara’s FIRST EVER 5K! 👏

One of the best parts of StrongerLife is watching members gain the strength, endurance, and confidence to keep doing the things they love independently — and sometimes accomplish things they never thought possible.

Saying “Yes” to Fun!

Kristen recently shared a special experience from a trip to the Newport Aquarium with their five-year-old grandson.
As she shared:
“We took our five year old grandson to the Newport Aquarium today and he wanted to cross the rope bridge over their shark tank. It’s shaky and uneven, and you have to walk slowly with one foot directly in front of the other. You’re never actually in danger, but if you lose your balance you could wipe out others who are crossing. A few years ago, I wouldn’t have been comfortable doing this. It’s great to be able to say yes when your grandchild wants to do something fun!”
