KENTUCKY SOFTBALL HALL OF FAME GOLF SCRAMBLE
We will be having a Golf Scramble (fundraiser) for the KY Softball Hall of Fame on Sept. 14-at The Bull in Richmond, KY with shotgun tee times beginning at 10 a.m. Cost will be $55 per player. We are looking for hole sponsors and anyone who might be able to donate prizes. Please contact me for more information and to let me know if you can bring a team. 2 Divisions, Mens and Strong hand Coed. 6 men, 4 women minimum for coed

Friday Aug 30th, starts at 8pm

6 teams max for each division

$150 entry fee. Men get 2 HRs, Coed gets 1. Pay extra $25 gets the men 6 HRs and Coed gets 5.

Cash to winner of each division. $300 to winner, $100 to 2nd place in each.

Standard NSA rules, bats and balls.

Fall Brawl $1000

Want to play in a tournament that is a little different? Want to win cash? That's what I am offering if you come to Maysville, KY and play October 12 & 13th. We're going to make this a little fun. Every team is guaranteed 3 games. We can only take 18 teams, so if we get the 18 teams we will play 6; 3 team pools. We will seed the top 14 teams. The 4 worst scoring teams in pool play we will play a play in game Saturday night to determine whether they get to play Sunday. Only 16 of the 18 will make it to the single elimination. You will get 3 games for $125. Now every game each team will pay $10 a piece for the umpire. So even if you win the tournament, the most money you will pay is $185. That's for 6 games!!! Here are the rules: NSA/USSSA bats and balls. No advances, you don't need them to hit homeruns in Maysville. We are taking the GSL rule here. Each team will be allowed 3 homeruns, the rest are outs. But each team can select one person as there designated homerun hitter. That person can come to the plate and hit a homerun every time he hits without penalty or without it counting against your team's total! So if your guy goes 4 for 4 with 4 homeruns and and you use your 3 your basically getting 7 homeruns. Now, in GSL if you walk the designated homerun hitter or "DHH", anyone after that can hit a homerun without penalty until he bats again. But were not going to do that. The designated homerun hitter cannot be walked in this tournament. Intentionally or not. He will swing until he gets a hit, strikes out, or makes an out. Simple as that. Guys I want this to be a big turnout! So, TO THE WINNER I WILL GIVE $1000 as long as we get the full 18 team field. The second place team will get there complete entry fee back, including umpire money! If we don't I will restructure the prize package. But the winner will get cold hard cash!!! Wi******er Benefit Tournament

I knowit is a little last minute but we are having softball Tournament at bowling park in Edmonton this Saturday the 24th to raise money to adopt our 3 kids. We already have five teams but we are looking for a few more. We will be having a home run ferry and a console tournament also and lots of things for the kids.
