Meet Lauren! A dedicated mama in our village❤️
- What do you love about FIT4MOM?
I love many things about FIT4MOM, the main thing being the sense of community it brings. Most of the children there are around my kids ages and it really makes a difference to have moms beside you who are going through the same things and can give tips about things that have worked for them.
-Why did you join?
I joined because I needed something different than what I was doing for a workout, and I wanted a community of moms that I felt comfortable with.
-What is your favorite thing about F4M so far?
My favorite thing about FIT4MOM so far is the workouts and how I feel accomplished and energized after completing them.
-How did you hear about us?
I heard about F4M through friends and searching for kid friendly workout groups near me.
-Tell us a little about yourself and your kiddo.
I have 2 kids, a 6 month old and a 2 year old. We’ve been in Columbia for about 2 years now (we’re a military family originally from NC/TN). We love going to the zoo and parks around the area and try to get outside as often as possible.
We are so thankful to have Lauren & her sweet kiddos in our village! ❤️
