What's one small, almost-boring thing you do consistently that's actually made a difference for you?
Doesn't have to be a huge overhaul — I'm talking the tiny stuff:
🚶🏼♀️ A walk after meals
😴 A slightly earlier bedtime
🍳 Eating something small before your morning coffee
💦 Keeping a water bottle on your desk
The kind of thing that sounds TOO simple... but actually makes a world of difference.

She said: “I don’t think you understand… the baby is crowning.”
But she wasn’t in labor. 😳
One of my family friends recently had this experience when she discovered her bladder had pr*****ed — something she didn’t even know was *possible* until it happened.
The confusion, fear, and lack of clear guidance that followed were overwhelming. 😩
Her story (which I share in the slides) is unfortunately not rare.
Because pelvic health symptoms are incredibly common, and they can affect women at any stage of life.
In fact, research shows:
✔️ > 60% of postmenopausal women experience urinary incontinence
✔️ ~25% have symptomatic pelvic organ prolapse
And yet so many women don’t know what symptoms to look for, who to turn to for help, or what options for treatment exist.
Women deserve better education, better support, and better care. 💙
That’s exactly why we created our Women & Pelvic Health Cheat Sheet.

At the gym recently, a woman I don't know stopped me and said:
"I don't want to interrupt your workout, but l just have to tell you that your back looks freaking awesome when you're lifting."
I mean, YES PLEASE. 💪🏻
Let's normalize hyping each other up at the gym! 👏🏻👏🏻
Have you gotten a compliment like this lately? 💙

If you (or your clients) feel chained to the scale — read this! 👇🏻
For nearly a decade I was *obsessed* with my weight and how my body looked.
I was always yo-yo dieting, restricting then overeating, and obsessing about what foods I could or "couldn't" have.
And y'all — that s**t is exhausting.
What's more — my body never felt like it was good enough.
These days I worry a lot less about my scale weight and lot more about what my body can DO in the gym.
Yes, I absolutely LOVE looking muscular and jacked, but it's a by-product of training to be as strong and capable as possible in the gym (and on the mountain).
And it feels so damn good to switch from:
"How does my body look?" to "What cool stuff can my body do?"
What about you? Have you experienced any sort of shift like this?

Y'all — I lost both my dad and my sister very unexpectedly and the things that people say to a grieving person are WILD. 😳
On one hand, I don't blame them.
Here in the U.S. we're SO BAD at dealing with uncomfortable emotions.
We avoid them, ignore them, gloss over them, or try to "fix" them with unhelpful platitudes.
The truth is — there's no "fixing" someone else's grief — no matter how badly we want to.
You don't have to have the perfect words.
Instead you can simply:
💙 Express sadness for them
💙 Be present with them
💙 Be a witness to their pain
💙 Ask about the person they lost (e.g. their name, what they were like, if they have any memories or stories they'd like to share)
My best friend of 30 years Dr. Angela Gorrell () is researcher, pastor, and grief expert and she said asking:
"What's their name and what were they like?"
..is such great question because it's neutral and leaves room for the relationship to be complex.
For instance the person might say, "We were super close when I was growing up but as he got older my grandpa became a total as***le and we hadn't spoken in years." (Talk about complex! 😬)
Here's what NOT to say:
🚫 How did they die?
🚫 They're in a better place
🚫 It was God's will
🚫 God's timing is never wrong
If these ^^ ideas help you deal with your own grief — that's totally valid.
But it's important that you don't use them to dismiss or downplay someone else's pain.
What about you?
If you've lost someone important to you — what's the most (or least!) helpful thing someone has said to you when you were grieving?

You know what’s exhausting? 😩
Scrolling through fitness content as a perimenopausal woman and getting completely contradictory “truths” from every single post.
➡️ Lift heavy. Don’t lift heavy.
➡️ Keto. Carnivore. Fasting. Eat every 3 hours.
➡️ Cortisol is the villain behind literally everything.

Perimenopausal women are one of the *most* targeted groups in wellness right now.
So many people profit from keeping you confused, scared, or convinced you need their $80 fix.
