The racing story of Fox Hill Farm has come to a close. With the new year, Fox Hill Farm has transferred its one remaining racehorse -- Royal Ship -- to Rick Porter's son, Scott Porter. Scott will be racing under the name of Fox Hollow Racing. Happy 2023 to Scott, Fox Hollow Racing, and Royal Ship!

We have a FHF in need of a great home. His name is Trump Card, and he has arthritis in his coffin joint. He cannot be a racehorse and he's been laid up for a number of months, first tending to his feet to make him comfortable, and then making sure he'll be paddock sound. We do not know what he will be able to do as a riding horse. He has already overcome the odds because the initial prognosis was pessimistic that he could be paddock sound. It is believed that he had an injury to the foot as a baby that caught up with him of course under our ownership. We can only advise that we think he could be a light riding horse, and as far as anything else, you'd just have to see if he gets sore or if you can continue to go forward. A GREAT owner, one who will take this horse knowing his limitations, but will love him and always do what's best for him, that is a must. If you're interested, please email me at [email protected].

Jolie Olimpica Wins Nassau in Woodbine Debut Fox Hill Farm's Jolie Olimpica bested a field of a dozen distaffers to take the CA$177,300 Nassau Stakes (G2T) July 24 at Woodbine, her first race since relocating from Southern California.

This will be a special race for us.

Royal Ship Battles Express Train, Rushie in San Diego Royal Ship is making his first start since the death of his co-owner, Rick Porter, in the San Diego Handicap (G2). Bob Baffert's Magic On Tap and seven other competitors compete in the 1 1/16-mile race at Del Mar.

It's an honor to have Songbird and Grace as two of the most memorable winners (or losers by a nose!) in this great race.

Jolie Olimpica has arrived at KEE in preparation fir vanning up to Woodbine on Tuesday to join the Josie Carroll barn.
