We are so excited to start Slow Flow Yoga with Delia Gibbs | Tuesdays at 7 pm*
Enhance your training with an hour dedicated to recovery and reset. This all-levels “slow flow” class combines intentional movement, deep stretching, and breathwork to support mobility and calm the nervous system.
What to bring:
Yoga mat and any additional props (blocks, strap, etc.)
A towel or blanket for added knee support if needed

I’m Delia Gibbs, a lifelong Lexington lover with more than 15 years of yoga teaching experience. I love leading classes that weave together stretching, balance, core engagement, and mindful breathing. My goal is to help you improve mobility, support recovery, and leave class feeling ready for whatever comes next.
