Most homes actually use a mix of both, depending on the space. Bright and breezy in living areas, darker and more private in bedrooms or media rooms.

🍉 ☀️ Summer has a way of turning simple meals into lasting memories. Fresh watermelon on a hot afternoon, burgers fresh off the grill, ice cream after sunset, beach snacks shared with friends, and patio dinners that somehow stretch long into the evening.
The best part? It rarely has anything to do with fancy recipes or elaborate plans. More often, it's the combination of good food, warm weather, and great company that makes those moments unforgettable!

Before making an offer, visit the area at different times of the day. Pay attention to traffic patterns, commute times, street lighting, nearby businesses and amenities, and how the location supports your daily routine.
The home tells you about the property. The location helps you understand how it may fit your day to day needs.
That's why I don't just talk about square footage with my clients. We also discuss practical considerations like commute, convenience, and access to the places they use most.
