At 45, I’m realizing more and more that healing often begins in silence.
In the pause between breaths.
In slowing down enough to actually feel your life again.
The world teaches us to constantly push, perform, and distract ourselves.
But some of the deepest truths only reveal themselves in stillness.
That’s why I return to the mat.
Not just for movement, but to reconnect with something deeper inside myself.
Once you feel that presence again, it changes you.

First time sessions always start with a conversation.
What’s going on in your body
What’s been building over time
What you actually need
From there, everything becomes more intentional.
This is where the work really begins.

In every lifetime, the choice quietly appears.
One path feels familiar.. the safe rhythm of “normal,” the comfort of what’s known, the quiet pull to stay small and blend in.
The other calls from the light and the invitation to step into the unknown, to meet the version of yourself that’s been waiting beneath the surface.
It’s not loud or dramatic.
It simply asks:
Will you soften enough to listen?
Will you breathe deep enough to remember?
Will you walk toward what your higher self already knows?
This decision lives in the small, honest moments,
in the breath you choose to slow down,
in the tension you decide to release,
in the quiet courage to turn toward the light instead of looking away.
Every soul faces it.
The portal is always there.
The light is patient.
Are you ready to step forward… or will you stay in the comfort of what you’ve always known?
Drop a comment below if you’re choosing the path toward your higher self today.

Most people think progress comes from pushing harder.
But your body doesn’t open through force… it opens when it feels safe.
Slow down. Breathe. Let it soften.

It has taken me years to understand self love.
Even longer to stop being hard on myself.
We’re not meant to run on empty.
We’re meant to be cared for.
The real flex…
is realizing you don’t have to wait for someone else to do it.
