When this is all over, it won't be over. Viruses shed and mutate...you are better served by taking care of the fundamentals to keep your immune system has an easier time of taking care of you: Get Sleep. Get SUN (YES that DANGEROUS UV light, but most importantly the morning sun as it rises), reduce exposure to technology as much as possible (5G is not what you've been led to believe it is), Eat to live 80% of the time, then eat 80% clean the rest of the time, Exercise, PRAY or MEDITATE or BOTH. Washing your hands won't help a bungled immune system...you have the antibodies in your blood already, it's OPPORTUNE and will take over when you lose sight of the fundamentals mentioned above.
Be healthy. Every day. And take your supplements especially in the late winter/early spring when the bugs come to play!
