What do you do when you can’t sleep and you own a gym? You go to the posing room of course! I have definitely filled back out after an amazing weekend at the . Very happy with myself after having had a grandma seizure on my 50th birthday 4 weeks ago, which put me in the hospital for 4 days. Despite being advised not to continue, this was too important to share with .ffc after having gone through almost 5 months together. A father and his daughter representing their gym community, stepping on stage in what is one the most challenging sports out there. Some great memories to last a lifetime! Love you HR

Words can’t even begin to describe how much yesterday meant to me. To go through this experience with .ffc for the last 20 weeks and end with Hannah absolutely KILLING IT, this is one of those days you never forget. She was right there with me 9 years ago when I did my first show and here we are now with Hannah’s star shining so bright. I could not be prouder as a father than I am today of Hannah for her dedication, determination, work ethic (She is the manager at Ford’s and couldn’t do it without her), and the fact that she is just a beautiful person inside and out. Looking forward to the next step in this journey for Hannah and where career goes next. Love you HR!
