1-on-1 Personal Training: Choose in-person or remote sessions tailored to your goals.

Join us as we kick off a month of fun, community events, and chances to run together while aiming to complete 50+ miles in November. The best part? These events are completely FREE!

⏰ *8 AM start*
We’ll have a 1-mile course ready, so run or walk 1-2 miles, and then join us for an 8:30 AM CrossFit class or 9:30 AM SweatX class! First class is free, drop-in rates apply after that!

💥Introducing SweatX Run Club! Starting this November! 🏃♀️
In honor of the American Heart Association and in recognition of heart disease awareness—something incredibly close to my heart—we’re launching the ‘SweatX Run Club.’ Join us as we take on the challenge to run or walk our way to better health! 🏃♀️❤️
The Challenge: Run 1-2 miles every day until you’ve accumulated 50 miles this month. Can’t run? No worries! Walk those miles. Or try a 10-20 minute walk after each meal—your heart will thank you! 💪

🔥 SweatX Fitness Programming Snapshot 🔥
Today’s cardio session was a killer 21:00 workout! 💪 We kicked off every 3:00 with a 200m run, 5 toes-to-bar, and max calories on the rower for the remainder. 🏃♀️🚴♂️ Scalable options included a 1:00 bike for the run and hanging knee raises or toes to rig from the ground for the toes-to-bar.
Our goal? To hit 100+ calories within the 21 minutes of work!🔥
Every SweatX session includes dynamic stretching, cardio, strength, and core work. And we’re excited to announce that recovery sessions will soon be added to the end of each class! 🙌
