Congratulations to last weeks Conference Pitcher and Player of the week!! Great job ladies!! The Cats went 2-1 vs Cincinnati last weekend!!
I’ve gotten a lot of requests for this recipe so I thought I’d post it here for everyone. Enjoy!
Scotch-a-Roos
1 cup light white kayro syrup
1cup sugar
1 cup peanut butter
6 cups Special K cereal
Bag of chocolate chips
Bag of butterscotch chips
Heat first 2 ingredients till almost boiling, (DO NOT BOIL) remove from heat, add peanut butter, mix till smooth. In a large bowl, pour over cereal, mix well, press into jelly roll pan. Melt chips in microwave for 1 minute, stir well, heat another minute, stir well. Pour over cereal mixture and spread out evenly. Refrigerate a few hours to set chocolate. Set out at room temperature for a while, cut into squares. They can be difficult to cut but so worth it! Enjoy!!
