The Air Force ROTC High School Scholarship Program (HSSP) offers highly competitive, merit-based financial aid to high school seniors planning to earn a college degree and commission as officers in the U.S. Air Force or U.S. Space Force. Applications open on July 1st of your senior year and must be completed online through the official Holm Center WINGS portal.
