I love getting with my crew, training hard and having mini wars on the mats. But having these kids in my dojo…seeing them learn, grow, overcome, set goals, achieve goals, lead…it warms my heart. I’m so blessed by them!

What an amazing BJJ seminar today with Professor Joe Hurst. He taught some great principles and techniques and then we all rolled after. Absolute pleasure having him in today. We also had Dr. Tim Singler in today performing adjustments for the attendees. What a day!!!
