There was a version of me
that kept saying āIāll start Monday.ā

Not because I didnāt careā¦
but because I didnāt know how to stay consistent.

And somewhere along the wayā¦
I stopped believing I could actually change.

Not perfectly.

A quiet one.
To show up anyway.

No extremes.

And that version of me?

EGG ROLL STIR FRY
1 SERVING PROTEIN 48g CARBS 76.5g FAT 10.5g
⢠75g dry jasmine rice
⢠150g water
⢠4.5g avocado oil
⢠187.5g 99/1% ground turkey
⢠225g raw shredded cabbage
or coleslaw mix
Prepare rice: Combine 75g dry rice and 150g water. Cook as directed in pot or rice cooker.
2. Prepare turkey: Heat oil in a non-stick skillet over med-high heat. Add turkey and cook until it is no longer pink,
6 to 8 min.
3. Put it all together: Add ginger to the turkey and cook for roughly 1 minute stirring occasionally. Add cabbage,
carrot, tamari, rice vinegar, salt and pepper. Cook until the vegetables begin to soften, 2 to 3 min. Toss in the
cooked rice or serve on the side. Enjoy.

We don't always need a food scale to figure out our portion sizes. Try using a fist and palm. Two fists for green veggies on your plate, one fist for carbs and one protein that is palm sized. Easy and it works!
