Angus knows the good stuff when he sees it, enjoying fresh, clean water on demand. (Nothing but the best for a famous Thoroughbred!) Thanks to Ritchie Automatic Waterers , our horses have reliable access to hydration all day, keeping our horses happy and healthy, one sip at a time. 🐴💧

First dedicated in 1947 at Faraway Farm, Man o’ War is the oldest bronze at the Kentucky Horse Park, and he has just received some extra care. Conservators, Prometheus Art - Amanda Matthews & Brad Connell , carefully stripped away the old, weathered patina, removing corrosion, wax, and residue before applying a fresh patina to restore his signature chestnut coloring. Finished with a protective wax, this legendary Thoroughbred is now shining once again and ready to be admired for years to come. This restoration project was completed with grant support from the Kentucky Horse Park Foundation. Curious about the transformation? Scroll to the final image for a before photo 👀
