Taking a rest day to watch my brother-in-law in state track would be a great thing to thank myself in the future. What are you doing today that your future self with thank you for?

Well 3 T25 workouts in, a3 mile hike with wife, and a 25 minute bike ride in this weekend. Back is feeling great just have to keep my ego in check while it keeps recovering.

Alright! I am back! Doctor released me to workout but no jarring of my back so I don't herniate the disc again.
