Sapphire Studio Dance Academy will be on stage this Saturday at 9:30AM at the 51st Annual Silk Hope Old Fashioned Farmer's Day.

Activities include performances by local dance companies, antique tractors, local vendors and homemade ice cream. We’d love to have our dancers and families there cheering us on!

Dancer of the Week: Izzy!

This week's Dancer of the Week is Izzy! Izzy is 11 years old, and her favorite color is blue. Her favorite class is clogging, and her favorite clogging move is the Mountain Goat. We love seeing Izzy's enthusiasm and dedication in class, and we're so proud of all her hard work. Congratulations, Izzy! Keep dancing and shining!

Another week with these amazing dancers! Every class is filled with hard work, big smiles, lots of laughter, and so much growth. It's always so special to watch friendships grow, confidence build, and new skills come to life week after week.

So proud of everything these dancers continue to accomplish, both inside and outside the studio. Thank you to our incredible dance families for sharing your dancers with us. We can't wait to do it all again next week!

Meet the dancer of the week, Grace, our most recent winner of the MJS Scholoarship Award!

Grace is 11 years old and is in Tumble, Jazz, Hip Hop and the Dance Team. Grace is looking forward to going to the beach this summer. She likes to talk to her friends when she is not at the dance studio. Her favorite dance move is a headstand which she can perform in both tumble and hip hop.

Grace brings so much fun and energy to her classes. She is attentive and works hard. Recipients of the MJS Award embody a positive attitude, strong teamwork, and a genuine willingness to support and uplift others. And this is exactly what Grace does. We are so proud of her!

Had such an amazing time at the ACHF Extreme Clogging Competition in Hickory! We had so much fun performing, cheering each other on, and making memories with such an incredible group of people. We're so grateful for everyone who helped make this weekend so special—from the organizers and judges to all the talented dancers who shared the stage with us. Thank you for the opportunity to do what we love and be part of such a welcoming community. We're incredibly proud of all of our dancers and excited to have brought home some medals this weekend! Congratulations to everyone who competed and gave it their all.

We loved seeing our dancers in class, working on new skills, building confidence, and having fun with their friends. We are excited to welcome new dancers to Sapphire Studio Dance Academy this week!

From our newest dancers to those who have been with us for years, we enjoy watching everyone learn, grow, and make memories in class. We’re looking forward to another fun week of dancing together!
