Bhadra is an empath counselor, reiki master, and certified crystal healer with a master's in psychology, an advanced certified Hibiscus Moon crystal practitioner credential, and Usui Reiki Master Teacher certification. Drawing on 30+ years of meditation and yoga practice, she helps fellow empaths find balance and uncover their authentic selves.

Join us Tuesdays at 6:30pm for Gentle Hatha Yoga with Satya. This class is perfect for beginners. It's a class softly between restorative and Vinyasa so if you feel you need more than restorative but less than Vinyasa this is the class for you.

And for our Vinyasa lovers Elysia is now teaching flow class Mondays and Wednesdays at 6pm

Stay present in the midst of the all knowing AI urgency to know it all and have all the answers. It's okay to not know it all. It's okay to be here and now. After all, all we truly need is here and now and not really knowing it all.

We are officially moved out of the center stage.our props are undergoing their spring cleaning. 🫧

​Huge thank you to everyone who came out to our last Vinyasa class in Hurleyville and to everyone who reached out with all of your positive messages! It means the world to us.

​While we transition, here is where you can find the team this month:

​Tai Chi: Now settled in over at The Sullivan County Museum. Beginner-friendly, but all levels are welcome!
​Wednesdays at 5:30pm

​Elysia’s Classes: Find her online through March.
​Mondays at 6pm

​Erin: Catch her at Hemlock Neversink for Flow & Let Go Yoga.
​Fridays at 4:30pm

​Bhadra: Hosting her next Lunar Light Circle online through her own website this month.

​LeeAnna: online classes are posted on the website, and will be doing pop-ups at The Arnold House and the Roscoe Arts Collective!
