ADULT NINJA CLASSES ARE HERE! Beginning on September 1st, we are running adult beginner ninja classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 11am and 12pm. Classes will teach adults (18+) how to do many obstacles shown in this video, and will help members grow in their coordination, balance and strength. CAMP IS EXTENDED!! We are so pleased to announce that we are extending summer camps and adding on the week of August 24th-28th. Many school districts, namely Lake Forest, do not go back to school until at least midway through that week (if not later), so we wanted to give families a safe and fun option for their kiddos before school starts again! This weeks theme will be OUTER SPACE, with themed activities all week long. 👽🪐🔭Registration is found at the link in our bio, we hope to see you there!💚💙
