Yogi Sprouts is a unique yoga program that blends physical and emotional development in a fun and playful way. Holding true to the traditional yoga methods and philosophy, the children are given an opportunity to learn yoga poses and breathing techniques while being taken on an imaginative “journey of the heart”. Each class is organized according to a timely and age-appropriate theme that can reach the children on many levels.
