From our humble beginnings working out in Kapaa under the bright sun we had some epic sessions. In 2013 we moved to Lihue to provide more resources for working out but never forgetting the experience of the outside workout which we incorporate into our AdventureWoDs. As a team we focus on movement, strength, core, cardio, gymnastics, olympic lifting and any combination of functional movements to bring a program full of variety and fun with the aim of excellent all around fitness. We aim to provide the best in instruction and motivation to residents of Kauai and visitors spending time on Kauai.

🚨 Attention, attention 🚨

Are you a parent who gets a little nervous around 🎃 Halloween; ringing doorbells in neighborhoods you don’t know too well and fearing you didn’t sort through all the Keiki candy 🍬?

Yes, it makes us nervous too!

That’s why we are hosting a Trunk or Treat for the local community on Halloween Evening, October 31 from 6:30 - 8pm.

Come on over to our tremendous parking lot with themed and decorated trunks of our members with plenty of treats to fill those baggies!!

No more awkward door bell ringing and figuring out if they left the porch light on!

Come in costume and talk story with the community!!

Elementary Kids Class 8/18

WOD… “Follow the Leader”

An athlete is selected to lead the group (with coach) on a 100m run and upon their return, the class will complete 15 synchronized overhead squats.

Word of the day… JOY!

Our kiddos discovered the JOY in working together to achieve the task at hand 💪🏼

Quite the blessing to serve these athletes every week!

We will be hosting Kauaʻi’s first sanctioned, USA weightlifting event💪🏽

We will also have some awesome local businesses showcasing their unique products! Vendors will be set up starting at 9am.

When you check your ego, trust the process, and surround yourself with good people who love you, push you, and hold you accountable, you won’t believe the results that follow!

“I’m just reflecting on today. A lot has happened since i walked into Kauai CrossFit in December 2019. I could not cross my arms in front of my chest! I could not put my left arm behind my back!

Today I completed a full modified Murph. I originally intended to do a 1/2 Murph.
When I got to that point, something clicked in my head and I said to myself, that was the warm up!
