That was my thought at first, but I gave it a shot anyway. Most of the people thought it would be impossible, but they tried it. EVERYONE got over a challenging box - a bunch of times!! It’s amazing to find out what you can do with consistency and coached progressions! So proud of all the peeps today!

Single leg squats are hard!! But. . They are a ticket to aging well. Every step you take, every stair you climb, every Pickle ball shot you go for, and every time you catch yourself from a stumble depends on the strength and stability of one leg. Don’t skip Single Leg training! We don’t.
