Tuesdays & Thursdays are NO-GI days! 🤼‍♂️🔥

Our kids have been having a blast learning, moving, and putting their skills to work! No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu gives students a different kind of challenge without the grips of the gi, they learn to rely more on movement, positioning, control, timing, and quick decision-making.

For our kids, it’s about so much more than technique. Each class helps build confidence, coordination, discipline, problem-solving skills, and the ability to stay calm and keep working through challenges, all while getting plenty of exercise and having FUN! 💪

And No-Gi isn’t just for the kids! We have classes for both kids AND adults throughout the week.

Lots of hardware came home this weekend! 🥇🥈🥉🔥

Our competitors showed up and showed out at FUJI BJJ in Wilmington and NAGA in Myrtle Beach, bringing home plenty of well-earned medals! 🏆

We’re incredibly proud of the work you continue to put in, both on and off the mats. Every practice, every tough round, every win, and every lesson is part of the process.

Keep showing up. Keep putting in the work. Stay focused, stay driven, and keep pushing one another to get better. The results will follow, and there are plenty more achievements ahead for this team!

Our teens showed up and SHOWED OUT tonight! 🔥👏 The mats were packed, the energy was high, and everyone came ready to put in the work! We love seeing our teens challenge themselves, support one another, and continue to grow each time they step on the mats.

Our 3–5 year olds definitely keep us on our toes, but we wouldn’t have it any other way! ❤️

These little ones are learning so much more than just jiu-jitsu. Through fun movement, games, and age-appropriate techniques, they’re building balance, coordination, confidence, and learning how to listen, follow directions, and show respect to their coaches and teammates.

Every class is filled with smiles, laughter, high-fives, and small victories that become the foundation for lifelong skills, both on and off the mats.

As summer starts winding down, we’ve loved seeing so many of our students take advantage of our daytime classes. Some of you have even been showing up morning and night, committed to moving your bodies, sharpening your skills, and investing in yourselves. That kind of dedication doesn’t go unnoticed.

With school just around the corner, we hope you carry that same work ethic into the classroom and every area of your life.
