We are so excited to officially announce our Flight Crew Captain, Jordann Saffle, and Assistant Captain, Lily Webb!

These two bring an incredible combination of experience, talent, leadership, and passion to the Flight Crew, and we couldn’t be more excited to have them leading the team this season!

With an extensive dance background, including experience performing at the NBA level, Jordann brings a wealth of knowledge, professionalism, and performance experience to the Flight Crew. Her leadership, creativity, and passion for dance make her an incredible fit to lead this team!

Lily brings an impressive competitive dance background of her own, including multiple national championship wins, along with strong local ties to our community. Her experience, dedication, and love for dance will be such an asset to the Flight Crew!

We are incredibly proud to have Jordann and Lily stepping into these leadership roles and can’t wait to see what they bring to the ice, the community, and the entire Findlay Force organization this season.

We are so excited to officially welcome Miss Arleigh to the ASA family as one of our new Instructors in Training! ✨

Here’s a little hello from Miss Arleigh:

Hello! My name is Arleigh Hoover, and I am so excited to be joining A Step Above! I have been dancing since I was 4 years old, and I am so excited to share my love of dance with other children!

I am currently attending Rhodes State College, where I am majoring in Nursing. I look forward to getting to know each student and their family while creating a positive and encouraging environment where every dancer feels supported and excited to learn!

💙 MEET MISS MARGARET! 💜

We are so excited to officially welcome Miss Margaret to the ASA family as one of our new Instructors in Training! ✨

Here’s a little hello from Miss Margaret:

Hi everyone! My name is Margaret, and I am so excited to be joining ASA! I have been dancing for 16 years and have had the opportunity to learn from many amazing instructors from around the world in ballet, jazz, tap, clogging, and more!

Some fun facts about me are that I’m a licensed nail technician, I love diamond painting and gaming, and I’m also currently working toward my certification in clogging! I’m looking forward to working with everyone and watching all of the dancers grow not only as dancers, but as individuals too.

To the dancers, I am so excited to work with you all, watch you grow, and always be there to cheer you on no matter what! To the parents, I’m so grateful to each and every one of you for trusting your dancers with me. This year is going to be amazing!
