Today wasn’t about a workout.
It was about remembering.
Thank you to everyone who came out and took on Murph with us today at Team Stomp. Every mile, every rep, and every struggle through that workout carried a deeper meaning.
“Murph” honors Lt. Michael P. Murphy, a Navy SEAL who was killed in Afghanistan in 2005 during Operation Red Wings and was posthumously awarded the Medal of Honor for his courage and sacrifice. What started as one man’s favorite workout has become a tradition across the country to remember those who gave everything for people they’d never even meet.
Memorial Day is heavy for a lot of families. Behind every flag is a name. Behind every name is a family that still feels that loss every single day.
Today, we remembered together.
Thank you to our Team Stomp community for showing up, supporting one another, and taking a moment to honor the fallen the best way we know how: through effort, grit, and gratitude.

Power is back on!
🚨 Power Outage 5/14/26 🚨
Looks like a transformer blew outside the gym and the entire street is currently without power. AEP estimates restoration around 1:30 PM, but we’ll keep everyone updated if that changes.
As of right now:
❌ No noon class until further notice
❌ No open gym access at this time
We’ll post another update as soon as power is restored and we know more. Thanks for the patience everyone.

For a limited time, college students can train unlimited through August for a one-time $275.
• Limited to 10 spots
• Full-time college students only (ID required)

First half marathon and they go 2:12… that’s no joke.
Big congrats to Lauren and Blake for getting it done at the Cap City Half!!!
Running your first 13.1 together and finishing side by side… that’s either elite teamwork or nobody wanted to hear the other complain alone the whole way 😂
