The Omaha Kings FC will travel this weekend to take on the Ohio Extreme Pro Indoor Team and Rapid City Football Club. The weekend will kick off at 7 PM EST Saturday in Lima, Ohio. The Kings will then travel to Grand Rapids, Mich., to take on Rapid City at 2:00 PM EST Sunday, March 31.

“We are excited to introduce a professional indoor soccer league for women and provide a platform for talented female athletes to compete at the highest level,” said Dominic Tourcotte, MLIS Commissioner. “Women’s soccer has seen tremendous growth and success in recent years, and we believe it’s time to bring that same level of recognition and opportunity to indoor soccer for women.”

This initiative marks a significant milestone in the world of indoor soccer as it brings a long-overdue professional platform for women to showcase their talent, skills and passion for the sport.
