tougHER Training is our FREE monthly women’s training group, created to help women build real skills, confidence and connections in a welcoming environment. Whether you are brand new or have years of experience, there is a place for you here.

This month’s topic is Malfunction Mastery.

We’ll talk about what causes common malfunctions, how to recognize what is happening and how to respond correctly instead of freezing or panicking.

Malfunctions can be intimidating, especially when you are newer. Knowing how to recognize the problem and respond correctly replaces uncertainty with confidence. That is exactly the kind of confidence we want every woman to have.
