Lima Senior Girl’s Lacrosse

We are so proud of these seniors!! We can’t wait to see them play next year in college!!

Tonight, with our families, we were able to celebrate all of our accomplishments on the field & in the classroom at our season end banquet. Our girls represented our program so well in the district, conference, and region! We thank all of our families and fans who supported us this year!! ❤️👏🏼🥍

We also thank our friends at The Met for a wonderful meal & atmosphere!!

We are SO PROUD of Seniors Nevaeh Sheeter & Laikyn Wheeler for signing today to continue their lacrosse careers!! They have been a valuable part of our program & we can’t wait to watch their success at the collegiate level!!

Last evening, at the conclusion of our tournament game, we honored our eight seniors and exchange student for the work they put in this season as we watched them play their last game in a Spartan Jersey.

These seniors started our program 4 years ago with great courage playing a sport they had never played before. We thank them for making Lima Senior Girls Lacrosse what it is today & for the successful season we had this year.

Spartans fell to Southview 6-8 last evening. Seniors Laikyn Wheeler & Tianna Williams had 3 goals each in their final game.

Thank you, Seniors. ❤️

Today we played our annual Girls V Boys Program Scrimmage. Boys used girls sticks, girls used boys sticks, coaches became officials & of course our favorite AT Brie was on site (and a photographer). This is one of the most loved program traditions & always a good time. We’ll post more pics later!!

Come join us tomorrow night @ 6:30 PM as we host Sylvania Southview in the opening round of OHSAA Girls Lax Division II Tournament. The game is AT SPARTAN STADIUM!! We need your support!! Tickets will be available on the OHSAA website.

We will also honor our 8 seniors after the game for senior night. ❤️

🚨Lady Spartans come up with a BIG win against Newark tonight in the rain, 14-8!! Scoring for the Spartans: Laikyn Wheeler (5), Evie Williams (4), Tianna Williams (4), & Nevaeh Sheeter. Laziah Williams had 5 saves in goal for the Spartans. 🚨

We would like to thank Coach Leah Walton for being with us the past 2 seasons as she finished her academic career @ The University of Findlay. We congratulate her on her graduation this Saturday & we wish her luck on what’s to come.
