Lima Warriors Football

On Saturday, May 30th, the Lima Warriors hosted their annual Breast Cancer Awareness Game. It was inspiring to see both teams, the Lima Warriors and the Stark County Wolfpack, wear pink to demonstrate their support.

At halftime, we came together to honor individuals who have bravely battled cancer in its various forms, including breast cancer, lung cancer, childhood cancers, and many others. We paid tribute to friends and family members who are currently fighting, to survivors, and to those we have lost.

Also, thank you to Kylee Newland from Women’s Wellness at St. Rita’s for coming out to help educate our community and answer questions. 💕
