Happy 4th of July from Team Stomp Wrestling.

Freedom isn’t free… and neither is success. Both take sacrifice, discipline, and hard work.

We’ll be training all month in July:

📅 Tuesdays & Thursdays
⏰ 4:00–5:15 PM
💲 $80 for the month

Open to wrestlers with at least 3 years of experience.

Summer is where big jumps happen.

Looking to gain an edge this offseason? Whether you’re focused on fundamentals, position-specific training, mat awareness, match strategy, or preparing for the upcoming season, private lessons are now available.

Session Options:

♦️ 1-on-1 Private Lesson (45-60 min) - $45

Athletes are encouraged to bring a training partner. While a partner helps maximize drilling and live situations, the session is built entirely around the athlete who booked it. They receive the full attention, instruction, and focus throughout the lesson.

If Coach Sanchez is required to serve as the training partner throughout the session, the lesson rate is $60.

♦️ Small Group Training (2-6 Athletes) - $30 per athlete

Small group sessions are designed for teammates, friends, or training partners who want to work together. Instruction and mat time are shared among the group while still receiving individual coaching and feedback.

June Summer Live Wrestling Training

This trial month is a separate purchase (unless enrolled in the 10-week lifting program) and is designed for maximum intensity and skill development.

• Dates: June 1 – June 30.

• Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.

• Time: 4:00 PM – 5:15 PM.

• Training Focus: This block will be full focus only, providing an elite environment for those looking to push their pace.

• Fargo Prep: Athletes training for Fargo can continue their specific focus on freestyle during these sessions.

• Cost: $150 per athlete (+$50 for each additional sibling).

• Lifting Program Integration: If you are signed up for the 10-Week Strength & Conditioning Program, this June wrestling block is already included in your registration.

• Trial Period: We will reassess at the end of June to decide on extending wrestling sessions into July based on performance and interest.

Avenges his State Semifinal loss and takes out the Ohio D3 State Champion in UTB 💪💪💪💪

I’m almost certain Carter is the first NHSCA National Champion from our area.
