30 Minute Hit - Lima

New Summer hours!

Starting June 1st we will adjusting our gym hours at 30 Minute Hit Lima. As routines begin to shift heading into the warmer months, we've taken a lot of consideration into making these changes and these are only for a limited time.

Update hours beginning June 1:
Monday: 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Tuesday: 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Wednesday: 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Thursday: 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM - Noon
Saturday: 8:00AM - Noon

As always we remain committed to helping you stay consistent with your fitness goals, no matter what your schedule looks like.

Don't forget - your membership also includes HIT Hop and HIT @ Home, giving you the flexibility to stay on track while traveling, managing a busy schedule, or working out from the comfort of home. 🥊
